Congratulations to the returning boys on thier 3 victories in this past weekend's Riverside Invitational Tournament. This puts the guys at a 5-2 record so far in the 2010 fall season.
This Week: Colony High School at home on Tuesday, San G tournament Friday and Saturday at San G HS in San Bernardino.

Boosters and Official Team Gear
Attention Parents!
Ramona Aquatics Boosters will be meeting at 6:30pm this Monday, Sept. 13, in room P83 at Ramona HS. We will be discussing purchases for the teams as well as opportunities to raise new funds.
More parents= more people power= more money for our kids' programs
We are looking forward to finding ways for each parent to be involved in the success of our programs. So have a great weekend and we hope to see you this Monday night.

Research, Reading, and Readiness
This week RamPolo Boys begins the series of games and tournaments that will get us ready for league and CIF competition, along with our Girls beginning their prep work for winter season. Exciting!
Like many teams, while we have notable amount of potential in our ranks, it is tempered by how young the majority of our players are. So how do we turn potential into effective game-play?
Coach Terry Schroeder has a great article on Swimming Speed Versus Quickness and Water Polo Savvy (click title for link) in which he discusses what skills players and coaches can focus on to give us the upper hand in any given game.
If RamPolo can bring this into their game, the results will be impressive to say the least.
